Order Processing

After your payment has been verified, orders are normally processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Multiple Item Orders

We make every effort to ensure all items in your order arrive together. However, some delivery differences may occur due to varying shipping options used for different products. You will receive a shipment notification email for each item as it is dispatched.

Countries and Regions We Ship To

ORYN ships worldwide. If your order is being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or other remote locations, an additional remote area shipping fee may apply.

Package Not Received

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 10 days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is en route. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
