Refund and After-Sales Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to standardise return and refund services and to ensure the highest quality of after-sales support for our customers.


2. Scope and Definitions

Scope. This policy ensures that customers can request return and refund services for products purchased through ORYN's authorised sales channels.

Definitions. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ORYN. "You" refers to the final consumer who purchases ORYN products, excluding dealers or resellers who purchase products for resale purposes.

Applicable products. This policy applies to ORYN AI Glasses purchased through ORYN's authorised sales channels.


3. Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orynofficial@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Manufacturing defects. For products with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost as an exception. The original purchase price will be refunded to your account within 30 calendar days after we receive the returned product.

Non-defective returns. For all returns without a confirmed quality issue, the full cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

Purchases from third-party platforms. For products purchased from official ORYN stores on platforms such as Amazon or AliExpress, please refer to the respective platform's return and refund policies.

Purchases from other authorised channels. Please contact the seller directly to confirm their return and refund policies.

3.1 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your ORYN AI Glasses immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues reported after 24 hours of receipt may not be eligible for resolution under this clause.

If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to sign and have the courier return it. If the outer packaging is intact but the product inside is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.


3.2 Return and Refund Guidelines

When applying for a return, please provide valid proof of purchase such as the original receipt or invoice, and return the product with its original packaging along with all original accessories.

All labels and markings on the product must be intact without any tears or alterations.

Returns must be sent to the specified address with return shipping costs prepaid by you. Unauthorised returns or cash-on-delivery returns without prior consent will be refused.

If the product to be refunded was purchased as part of a bundled discount, we reserve the right to cancel such discounts during the refund process.


3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with damaged, removed, or tampered serial numbers
  • Products showing signs of unauthorised modification, disassembly, or third-party repair
  • Products damaged by improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow official ORYN instructions
  • Software, digital features, firmware, or any non-physical component of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers or sellers
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Returned products with incomplete packaging or missing accessories
  • Products where valid proof of purchase cannot be provided or shows signs of tampering

4. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs under the EU cooling off period remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed as defective.

This right does not apply to products that have been used, unsealed beyond initial inspection, or that fall under the non-returnable categories listed in Section 3.3.


5. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 30 calendar days of us receiving the returned product.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at orynofficial@outlook.com.


6. Additional Notes

Return shipping costs. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in confirmed cases of manufacturing defect, where ORYN will cover the return shipping cost.

Incorrect address. If you provide an incorrect delivery address or the recipient refuses to accept the goods, any resulting losses shall be borne by you.

Authorised purchases only. Only products purchased from ORYN or its authorised dealers are eligible for returns and refunds under this policy.


7. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to updates. The latest version will always apply and will be published at oryn.com/legal. Where any terms of this policy conflict with applicable national or local laws, the laws will prevail.
